Healthy Breakfast recipes you should try cooking while camping
- Delicious Breakfast Burritos
- Green chilies, 1 small can
- Eggs, 12
- Frozen hash browns, 1 cup
- Shredded Cheddar cheese, 2 cups
- Chopped cilantro, 1/4 cup
- Cooked, diced ham, 1 cup
- Olive oil, 1/2 tbsp
- Taco seasoning, 1 tbsp
- 12” flour tortillas, 8 pieces
Take large pan and heat olive oil. Cook in it ham and hash brown and stir occasionally until cooked through or for 8 to 10 minutes. Then take a large bowl and whisk eggs in it along with taco seasoning. Add eggs to cooked ham and hash brown. Cook until it gets set. Next, stir chilies, cilantro and cheese.
Now, place 1/8 of egg mixture in each tortilla’s center point and roll up similar to a burrito. Use Ziploc bags to wrap them in foil and neatly store it until ready to cook. Once ready, warm them until heated over campfire coals. Cool it by opening up the foil and serve.

- Beaten eggs, 6
- Chopped onion, 1/2
- Sliced bacon, 1 cup
- Peeled & cubed potatoes, 4 cups
- Shredded Cheddar cheese, 1 cup
Take cast iron skilled and keep it over campfire slow-burning coals and cook bacon properly to desired level. Then set aside pan. Include to the skillet potatoes and onion. Cook them for 10-12 minutes in hot bacon fat or until potatoes get soft. Return bacon to skilled and include eggs and cook until set. Top it with cheese. Before slicing, allow it to melt and then serve hot!
