- Potato Omelette:
Ingredients for 6 people: 1 bag of chips of 250 g approx., 6 eggs, salt, oil, peppers to give it a special touch.
How to do it: beat the eggs and submerge the potatoes, let them rest for 15 minutes. Heat a frying pan with a drizzle of oil over medium heat. Pour the mixture over and set it on both sides. Accompany it with some pickled pickles.
- Toasts with egg omelet:
Ingredients for 6 people: 6 eggs, 6 slices of rye bread, 2 tomatoes, Extra Virgin olive oil, salt.

Ingredients for 6 people: 10 eggs, 1 tray of mushrooms, oil, salt, pepper, 30 ml of liquid cream.
